- How do I recover my account password?

Head to http://www.amplitude-studios.com/ and click on log in. Then click on "Reset Password". Enter your username and your email and a new password will be sent to you by email.

- What are G2G points for?

The dev team proposes art and game design choices for Endless Space here : http://endless-space.amplitude-studios.com/Games2gether. The winning choices will be implemented in-game in upcoming game updates. The more points you have, the more your vote will count.

- How do I get more G2G points?

Purchasing Endless Space will give you a code that will enable you to increase your G2G points.

You can also earn more G2G points by being active on our forums:

- A new Level = 10 G2G

- A new Achievement = 10 G2G

- A new Award = 50 G2G

- How can I unlock my G2G points and Forum Awards from the Admiral and Emperor editions?

When launching the game on STEAM, your G2G codes will be displayed (they look like usual online activation codes - XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX).

You can enter those G2G codes on http://www.amplitude-studios.com/ by logging in and clicking on your profile name on the top right of the website and by entering your G2G codes in the "Redeem G2G code" box.

You will then see your number of G2G points increase, next to your profile name on the top right of the website, and/or you will unlock new Forum Awards (depending on the key you entered).

To see your Forum Award(s), simply go to http://forums.amplitude-studios.com/forum.php and log in. Click on your "GAMES2GETHER" tab, the unlocked Forum Awards will be displayed, they will appear each time you make a new post, for all to see.

- Where can I get my Original Game Soundtrack?

The Original Game Soundtrack can be found in the game files : C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\endless space\Soundtrack .

Note that your "Program Files" file name might be a little different depending on your system configuration - example: Program Files (x86)

You can also purchase the 24/28 FLAC HD version of the soundtrack on Bandcamp to support FlyByNo, the composer of the OST.

- How can I unlock my Emperor's Guard "Sheredyn" faction skin from the Emperor Edition?

The Emperor's Guard "Sheredyn" faction skin is automatically unlocked after you purchase the Emperor Edition.

The Emperor's Guard "Sheredyn" faction skin is available in the faction selection screen

- How can I unlock my "Endless" bonus hero from the Emperor Edition?

The "Endless" hero is automatically unlocked after you purchase the Emperor Edition.

The "Endless" hero will be randomly available in the heroes you can hire in-game. Note that there are 60 other heroes, so the Endless hero is not always available in your Academy screen.

- How do I get my name in the credits of the game?
